🚀 We are hiring: QA & Process Engineer (FSM Administrator) @ ALFRED net | Bucharest

Ready to step out of the paperwork and into the digital forefront of system integration? We are looking for a Quality Engineer ready to design, digitize, and lead processes in a complex engineering ecosystem.

At ALFRED net, a leading system integrator specializing in enterprise security, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure, we are upgrading our operational flow. We are looking for a proactive QA & Process Engineer to take ownership of our digital Field Service Management (FSM) ecosystem.

This is not a traditional "clipboard and checklist" role. You will be the Process Owner of our digital platforms, ensuring flawless traceability, closing non-conformities, and interacting directly with Tier 1 global clients.

🔧 What you will do:

• FSM & Master Data Ownership: Manage our daily Ticketing & Work Order platform (Microsoft SharePoint / Power Automate), keeping critical databases up to date (tool metrology, HSE compliance, and HR competency matrices).
• NCR Management & CAPA: Investigate operational issues, generate 8D Root Cause Analysis reports, and track corrective actions to full closure.
• Traceability & OTD Control: Monitor SLA compliance and calculate On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics for our enterprise clients.
• As-Built & Quality Sign-off: Validate field Work Orders digitally (verifying test results, photo evidence, Serial Numbers, and PPE usage).
• Internal & External Auditing: Prepare documentation, interface directly with client auditors (demonstrating our digital workflows), and conduct internal site audits to ensure Work Method Statements are strictly followed.

🎓 What we are looking for:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or FSM. (Experience in telecommunications, system integration, automotive, or the railway industry is a huge plus).
• ISO 9001 Practitioner: Practical experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. We don't just need theory; you must know how to translate quality standards into practical, daily operations.
• Digital-Friendly Mindset: Proficiency working as a power user with the help of digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.).
• Proactive & Analytical: A highly structured and proactive mind. We believe that if you can analytically deconstruct a process, you will easily know how to translate it into a digital environment. You don't wait for things to break; you anticipate and improve them.
• Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory for international audits and technical reporting). Comfortable bridging the gap between Field Operations and Engineering.
