We are looking for a professional with a hybrid background in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis, capable of understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and ensuring the quality of software deliverables. This role involves both functional analysis and hands-on testing, working closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Create comprehensive functional specifications, detailed documentation, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify processes and workflows.
• Create and update process diagrams (flowcharts, BPMN).
• Ensure alignment between requirements, design, and implementation.
• Provide functional support to the development team throughout the implementation phase.

Quality Assurance

• Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Log and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
• Validate software deliverables against defined requirements.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC, Agile/Scrum).
• Solid analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail or equivalents.
• Critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of the French language is required
