We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to take ownership of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and help drive a culture of continuous improvement across a growing international organization.
🌍 About the Role
As QHSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding operational excellence, product quality, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and international colleagues to maintain and enhance management systems, support audits, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that quality and safety remain embedded in everything we do.
👤 What We Are Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Quality, QHSE, or Continuous Improvement role;
✔ Experience with ISO 9001 and internal/external audit processes;
✔ Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and risk management;
✔ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
✔ Technical background or strong affinity for manufacturing and operational processes;
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
✔ Fluent Romanian and business-level English;
➕ ISO 14001 knowledge is a plus;
➕ Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage;
➕ German or French language skills are appreciated;
