We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our Core Clouds platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support various types of testing, including regression, performance, load, and security testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Core Clouds platforms.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Use established automation estimation techniques to provide accurate estimations for implementation and maintenance.
• Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and deployment pipeline for continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and provide detailed reports on test execution and defects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of automated tests with business requirements and application features.
• Maintain and enhance the automation test environment for reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest automation testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to manual QA engineers transitioning to automated testing.
• Follow established QA best practices and contribute to the improvement of QA processes and strategy.
• Use internal collaborative tools, including AllAi, to gather and learn information about tools, technologies, and testing methods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role with a strong background in test automation within Core Clouds environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework).
• Familiarity with programming languages used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Automation skills with Playwright or similar tools (JavaScript).
• 3+ years of experience on Salesforce Core projects (CPQ, FSC, Revenue, Automotive, Health, Service).
• Familiarity with DevOps work and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Strong work ethics and ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform both automation and manual testing activities.
