Our current roles are hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office (Bucharest).

🚀Then what?

QA Automation with some manual testing and a strong background in Selenium or Cypress, with the following tasks:

• Drive product quality through the development and execution of tests (both manual & automated), validating both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Integrate and maintain end-to-end tests within CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable validation for each iteration.

• Support API testing, regression testing, and performance testing in collaboration with the DevOps/development team.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute feedback to ensure a user-centric view of platform reliability and quality.

• Understands and discusses specifications when necessary

• Champion quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Consider inclusive design testing to guarantee accessibility of the platform.

• Reproduction and analysis of operational incidents

Skills:

• Test automation: Selenium/Cypress (E2E) frameworks, Jest/Mocha (unit/integration), Postman (API)

• Manual testing, contributes to the overall testing strategy, implements the test plan, etc.

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI pipeline configuration and integration

• JIRA • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools

• Agile methods: Scrum / Kanban
