As a QA & Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the hands-on execution of the test strategy and plan, including test preparation, execution, analysis, and reporting activities. Additionally, you will create and maintain automated test cases for projects within the Anti-Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology, software development, testing, and test automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that testing activities are conducted in accordance to the testing strategy, planning team goals and Compliance rules.
• Defines or contributes to test effort estimation based on experience, tools and historical data.
• Maintains best practices in specialist area.
• Creates test data, writing and executing test cases.
• Designs, develops and maintains test scripts, including automation of the test scripts.
• Actively participates in the development and maintenance of the test case repository.
• Performs test automation executions, identifies failures’ root cause and compiles reports to stakeholders.
• Adheres to testing best practices as defined at organization level.
• Identifies defects based on test execution results, submits them in the bug tracking tool and tracks them throughout the defect life cycle.
• Works as part of a team to meet the goals.

Must have experience/knowledge:

• Mid or senior testing experience
• SQL
• Hands on experience in using test and defects management tools (JIRA)
• Test Automation experience +1 year
• Web-servicers/API testing (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with JAVA, JS (Type Script) or other OOP language
• Understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bit bucket

Nice to have:

• TestOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, TeamCity, Jenkins, TravisCI, RemoteWebDriver)
• Test Automation Patterns
• Performance testing
• Google Cloud |Architecture
• Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (ISTQB, ISEB or tool specific certifications).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an IT-related concentration (or equivalent diploma/work experience).
