We are looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer who will contribute to the quality assurance of a large-scale, globally deployed warehouse and configuration platform. You will focus primarily on test automation (80%), while also supporting manual functional testing (20%) during early feature development, exploratory work, and regression validation.

Responsibilities

Automation Testing

• Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Tosca (preferred).

• Build and enhance automated regression and functional test suites.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

• Translate business requirements into automated test scenarios covering workflows, data capture, and document generation.

• Analyze automation results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Manual Testing

• Execute exploratory, functional, and acceptance testing for new features.

• Validate complex workflows and data-driven processes before automating them.

• Support test case creation, test planning, and documentation of test results.

General QA Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, and product teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and complete.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.

• Provide input on testing best practices, quality improvements, and automation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, including strong exposure to automation.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java + TestNG/JUnit).

• Familiarity with Tosca or willingness to learn it quickly.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect reporting.

• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

• Ability to analyze workflows and identify effective automation opportunities.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Basic experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

• Understanding of logistics, warehouse management, or workflow-driven systems.

• Experience with document validation and data-driven testing.
