Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Iaşi. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing software testing processes, creating and managing test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring high-quality product standards through thorough quality assurance practices. Collaboration with development teams to identify, report, and resolve defects will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

The successful candidate is constantly trying to improve their skills and ideally would evolve to run automated tests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and identifying software issues.
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and ensuring high standards in product releases.
• Experience in Manual Testing and creating and maintaining Test Cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer is a plus.
