We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support ongoing GTM technology initiatives. This role focuses on validating functionality across internal business applications, with an emphasis on Salesforce and Ironclad platforms. The ideal candidate will design and execute robust test plans, ensure end‑to‑end quality across complex workflows, integrations, and configurations, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across applications including Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with engineering and product teams for timely resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT support testing.
• Build and maintain QA automation scripts using appropriate tools.
• Work with product owners and developers to understand requirements, assess testability, and uphold quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation such as test cases, QA metrics, and release readiness reports.
• Contribute to release planning, deployments, and quality gate sign‑offs.
• Stay current on testing tools, methods, and technologies—especially those relevant to Salesforce and Ironclad.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
