You’ll be part of a Scrum-based Agile team, working closely with developers and product owners to deliver high-quality releases—combining test automation, manual testing, and continuous improvement to drive excellence across the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing using modern tools
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria with developers and product owners
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance
• Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable feedback on defects
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation (plans, cases, results)
• Apply QA best practices to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
• Stay current with emerging testing tools and automation technologies
• Perform manual testing for complex or exploratory scenarios
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies

What You Bring

• Strong experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern QA practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and approaches
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
