Context:

As an IVVQ Engineer, taking on IVVQ Manager responsibilities on selected projects, you are responsible for the end-to-end integration, verification, validation, and qualification of complex, turnkey software systems. This includes coordinating all IVVQ activities at system (solution) level, ensuring that the delivered solution meets functional, technical, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Testing & Validation

• Design, write and execute Test Cases (TC) across system, solution, delivery, and component levels
• Produce detailed test execution reports and log results using JIRA
• Define and execute test plans (functional & non-functional testing)
• Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Analyze results and initiate corrective actions when required

🔹 Integration & Delivery

• Perform software integration within biometric solutions and target environments
• Ensure end-to-end system validation and readiness
• Deliver IVVQ scope aligned with time, cost, and quality objectives
• Maintain and manage IVVQ test environments

🔹 Acceptance & Deployment

• Lead and execute acceptance phases
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT/ATP)
• Ensure system compliance with acceptance criteria

🔹 Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain:
• User Guides
• Installation Manuals
• Administration Guides
• Integration Guides
• Training materials
• Deliver customer training sessions

🔹 Risk & Coordination

• Identify, assess, and monitor technical risks and mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with IVVQ Manager (IVVQM) and cross-functional teams
• Act as a bridge between system engineering, development, and validation

🔹 AI & Automation in Validation

• Apply AI and Machine Learning principles to support validation processes
• Develop automated scripts and workflows for validation pipelines
• Integrate AI models into testing and deployment phases
• Optimize documentation and input data for improved AI validation performance

Technical Skills

✅ Core IVVQ & Testing

• Experience in integration and verification of complex systems
• Ability to define robust test strategies and manage IVVQ activities
• Strong understanding of functional & non-functional testing
• Experience with Postman, Newman, SoapUI
• Experience with test reporting & bug tracking tools

✅ Systems & Infrastructure

• Windows OS (installation, configuration)
• Linux administration (intermediate)
• PowerShell (intermediate)
• SQL & database servers (Oracle is a plus)
• Basic networking knowledge

✅ Tools & Technologies

• Kubernetes (deployment & troubleshooting)
• Optional: ELK / OpenSearch / Kibana
• Optional: CSS basics

✅ AI & Automation

• Understanding of AI/ML applied to validation
• Experience with automation scripting for validation pipelines
• Ability to prepare AI-ready documentation and structured data
• Optimization of data for AI-driven validation outcomes
