The candidate will work with the Development and Compliance teams to make sure our games are of the highest quality. In addition to this, the role involves taking part in the Compliance processes that aim to make the games compliant with all the regulatory requirements in all the markets the company operates in. This is a fast paced and constantly changing environment, so the ideal candidate is able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines and can easily adapt to rapid changes in workflow.Your Tasks Will IncludeTesting games and game related features (such as user interface, usability, functionality, platform integration) on multiple platforms and operating systems;Creating, maintaining, improving and following through on test plans, including writing and executing test cases;Bug and defect handling, analyze deviations between the defined and the actual functional behavior and reporting bugs; additionally, testing the fixes and making sure no regression is introduced;Working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;Communicating and working in close collaboration with the Development, Account Management, Project Management and Compliance departments;Creating, maintaining and improving internal processes according to the needs of the team and in accordance with the requirements communicated by other departments;Keeping up to date with the legal requirements in all markets the company is present on;Creating, maintaining and handling internal documents required by other departments or clients;Reviewing and processing official documents from Test laboratories or Regulator bodies;Testing the game mathematics using internal tools and analyzing the output data to make sure the results are accurate;Maintaining and updating internal databases according to the needs of the various ongoing projects;The Ideal Candidate NeedsAbility to understand technical specifications and strong analytical skillsAttention to detailsAbility to achieve performance with tight deadlines and strict planningAbility to work independently or in small teamsExcellent English (written and spoken) skillsPassion for testing and customer serviceKnowledge of testing processes, procedures and methodologyExperience in defining, documenting, maintaining and writing test casesPrevious experience in a similar job will be considered a plusAbility to work on multiple projects in various stages of development simultaneouslyBy applying for this position, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for recruitment purposes.
