We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry to oversee quality control and quality assurance processes on our project. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high standards in construction quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures across construction sites
• Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations
• Perform quality assessments and audits of materials, processes, and workmanship
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and non-conformance records
• Collaborate with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in construction quality engineering
• Advantage: previous experience working with concrete precast.
• Medium level of English language proficiency
• Knowledge of quality standards and best practices in construction
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with a flexible schedule
