WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation).

• In your new position, you oversee quality assurance for formulated products at contract manufacturing sites, including regular reporting of quality-relevant data such as quality KPIs, production campaign review reports, and statistical evaluations for continuous improvement activities.
• Your expertise is in demand! You conduct quality risk assessments, develop quality assurance concepts, and ensure the execution of cross-contamination prevention measures and quality audits at contract manufacturing sites.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines for Agricultural Solutions products, especially chemicals, and support regulatory units with quality control reports, quality statements, and the selection of product batches for regulatory purposes.
• Leadership with heart and mind: you provide operational leadership for Quality Assurance at Agricultural Solutions chemicals contract manufacturers.
• There’s always room for improvement! You process and investigate internal and external complaints, support the continuous improvement of the quality assurance system within Agricultural Solutions for tollers, and collaborate actively with regional operations, technology, and supply chain units.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• successfully completed degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering, quality management, or a comparable technical or scientific field
• several years of professional experience in quality assurance, contract manufacturing, production, or a regulated chemical environment
• sound knowledge of quality risk assessments, quality assurance concepts, quality audits, complaint handling, and continuous improvement methods
• excellent English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
• proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies as well as confident use of SAP, MS Office applications, and relevant quality reporting tools
• strong communicator and team player with analytical thinking, customer orientation, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
