About the Role:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
- Conduct regular internal audits and second-party audits (suppliers) according to the annual audit plan.
- Prepare and submit audit reports to process owners, the department coordinator, and the Area Manager.
- Track and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
- Perform field inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements across operational processes.
- Monitor and report quality performance indicators.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance quality performance.
- Identify internal training needs and deliver scheduled quality training sessions.
- Oversee quality controls across company facilities.
- Represent the company during regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.
- Provide investigative support for customer complaints.
- Maintain the company quality program in line with ISO standards.
- Control and update system documentation as defined by the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Analyze nonconformities, identify root causes, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update the nonconformities database and risk assessments.
- Support continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, 29001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Manage all IMS documentation, including issuing, updating, distributing, and archiving.
- Contribute to annual IMS improvement objectives.
- Collaborate with the Quality Coordinator on internal audits and nonconformity management.
- Provide IMS documentation and quality expertise for tender activities.
- Deliver internal training sessions and presentations periodically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet use.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance management, including control processes, procedures, and best practices (e.g., cause & effect analysis, Six Sigma, and statistical data analysis).
- Experience with ISO administration and standards compliance.
- Excellent command of Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in implementing quality standards and requirements.
Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00–17:30), on-site at our company office (Calea Floreasca nr. 60, Sector 1, Bucharest).
