🌍 Only Languages Available – Tier System:

• Tier 1: Hungarian, Polish, German
• Tier 2: Turkish, Dutch, Swedish

📍 Location: Pipera area, Bucharest (close to metro)

🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8h/day (on-site)

💰 Benefits:

• Salary starting from RON 5,000 and beyond RON 7,500 net, depending on the spoken language and experience

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Analyze and moderate content according to TikTok policies
• Evaluate content quality and identify inappropriate material
• Understand user intent and classify content accurately
• Provide feedback to improve policies and processes
• Monitor trends and patterns of problematic content
• Report sensitive cases and ensure compliance with safety standards

✅ Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Romanian and English
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage (salary bonus)
• Familiarity with social media, especially TikTok
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Higher education is a plus'
