Requirements
aEURc Experience doing manual quality assurance testing, QTC and risk management;
aEURc Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written form;
aEURc Problem solving abilities, coupled with active listening;
aEURc Proficient in Romanian, with emphasis on the Romanian grammar;
aEURc Good knowledge of English
aEURc Able to work efficiently without supervision (ability to prioritize, plan, execute and exert self-control);
aEURc Competency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.), Jira, TestRail, etc.
aEURc Positive attitude, calm and patient, with the ability to work under pressure;
aEURc Organized, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment;
aEURc Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
aEURc Review documentation, analyze requirements and system specifications;
aEURc Cooperate with internal teams to identify product requirements and to achieve the best results;
aEURc Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test case;
aEURc Conduct on-going test sessions to find important bugs and troubleshoot issues;
aEURc Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams;
aEURc Create logs to document testing phases, identified defects and solutions;
aEURc Use QA dashboard to stay up-to-date with issues entered by colleagues or other departments.
aEURc Monitor personal ticketaEUR(TM)s evolution until final confirmation;
aEURc Monitor all the time the changes that occur on the platform, as well as ensuring using tools that the transactions are successful, and no issues or unwanted delays occur;
aEURc Follow all release/hotfix notes to keep up with features that will be implemented;
aEURc Retest all tickets fixed after a release/hotfix;
aEURc Respond asap to groups for testing problems user face that are reported by CC colleagues, or other departments;
aEURc Fill in Checklist or create other documents with the purpose of research for our department and other departments as well;
aEURc Create individual or global tickets for CC colleagues;
aEURc Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies;
aEURc Able to provide quality assistance not just to clients, but to colleagues as well, actively contributing to the overall team synergy;
aEURc Adhere to a high level of performance and service delivery, by reaching the established KPIs;
aEURc Adhere to and follow the rules and guidelines listed in the RIVOGTG Internal Rules Handbook.
