What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Quality Operations, ideally within banking or financial services
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience analyzing performance data and driving continuous improvement
• Previous exposure to global banking operations or inbound client service
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for developing people
