Job Purpose:

To drive the optimal performance and lifecycle management of laboratory instruments and systems, ensuring that testing capabilities, data flows, and compliance requirements consistently support high-quality analytical outcomes.

How will you help us:

• Prepares User Requirement Specification for equipment that will be used for physicochemical and microbiological testing;
• Conducts and/or participates in procurement and installation of equipment;
• Prepares, reviews and execute necessary protocols for equipment qualification;
• Prepares, reviews and approve internal and external qualification/requalification reports and reports after external service interventions;
• Preforms internal qualification of equipment;
• Support Analytical Method Transfers;
• Supports implementation of Laboratory Information Management System;
• Prepares Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions ;
• Preform analyzes and process results If needed;
• Contracts external services, supply of consumable parts and support;
• Maintains computers and network connections for data acquisitions and storage;
• Participates in GMP trainings, specific to the workplace, OSH/SU, environment and those specific to Human Resources systems and complies with the rules in force;
• Keeps the confidentiality of the data and information to which it has access and which are confidential;

The skills you need:

• Higher education - graduates of the technical university or a similar field.
• Knowledge of the English language: at least medium level;
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Hands-on experience to analytical instruments (HPLC, UV-VS, etc.) is an advantage;
• Knowledge of computer operation (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook);
• Responsible person, organized, attentive to details;
• Excellent working skills both individually and in a team;
• Experience in the field is an advantage.
