We’re Hiring: Outerwear Quality Technician / Coordinator

📍 Location: Romania (multiple sites available)

Your Impact:

As an Outerwear Coordinator Production Quality Controller, you will oversee a team of technicians based at our suppliers in Romania and Moldova. You will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality standards of the garments produced for Moncler.

Activities:

• Monitoring and controlling garment’s quality
• Verifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garment
• Final Quality Control of products within the established timeframes
• Coordinating with the team and other Moncler Employees involved
• Issuing quality reports using dedicated management software

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong technical expertise in outerwear production processes
• The knowledge of down-jackets is a plus
• In-depth understanding of quality control methodologies and standards.
• +10 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar role
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Familiarity with suppliers and production facilities in Romania and Moldova
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Availability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroad
• High level of autonomy and flexibility, including availability for international relocation if needed
• Fluent in English or Italian
