Join our team as a Project Management for Warranty and Goodwill Control and Quality Reporting Support Specialist and contribute to activities that support reporting, project transparency, and cross-functional coordination across all model series and cross-sectional areas!

The Quality Competence Network team in Bucharest offers support for the Quality Management Center located in the Sindelfingen Factory, Germany. Our goal is to provide transparency and an overview of various projects to ensure their quality.

We work closely with internal business partners from multiple areas, including Research & Development, Marketing & Sales, Certification, Logistics, QM Plants and more.

Through collaboration with internal business partners and committee management, we support in creating clarity and transparency and contribute to error correction and quality improvement for our customers.

Your Tasks

• Drive reporting activities by preparing analyses, presentations, and decision-making materials.
• Coordinate topics across multiple stakeholders and ensure transparency regarding status, milestones, and measures.
• Support cross-functional coordination and actively drive topics requiring stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project progress and contribute to transparency regarding work package status and operational topics.
• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of management meetings and steering committees.
• Contribute to the further development and digitization of reporting and committee management processes.
• Coordinate contributions, agendas, participants, and meeting documentation.

Your Skills

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to coordinate topics across multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
• Structured and proactive working style.
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
