Your efforts contribute directly to operational excellence, delivery predictability, and customer satisfaction.How You’ll Make An ImpactDrive the deployment of the Quality Management System across Europe & Africa, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and regional business requirements.Shape quality governance and translate strategic priorities into practical actions that support reliable project execution.Partner with the Central Substation EQS team to strengthen quality standards, support audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Reduce non-conformances, rework, and associate quality costs by promoting preventive measures and quality-focused best practices.Collaborate with Procurement, SQM, and factory teams to enhance supplier quality, improve delivery predictability, strengthen margins, and increase customer satisfaction.What You BringA completed university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable field.3-5 years of experience in quality management within complex project-based environments.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies.An analytical, structured, and business-oriented mindset combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and central organizations.Fluent English communication skills; German or additional local languages are an advantage with willingness to travel as required.About The TeamOur Grid Technologies division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
