Kalizea is the specialist in corn processing within the VIVESCIA group. European leader and present in 3 countries, KALIZEA offers a varied range of products based on corn, meeting the needs of the food industry: our corn grits are prized by brewers, improving fermentation, filtration and stability of beers. Corn flours are used for baking, coating and pet food. Our corn meal, with its distinctive starch and golden color, is ideal for making breakfast cereals, cookies and cereal bars. Grain flaking, non-GMO, are essential for the production of corn-flakes, corn pancakes or even gluten-free pasta. Our virgin corn oil adds a touch of originality to salads and dishes thanks to its aromas of hazelnuts and grilled cereals
Poziţie:
As part of a departure, we are looking for Responsible QUALITY.
This function, attached to the director of Kalizea Romania, has the following missions:
- Coordinate, implement and update your SMC documentation, including the Quality and Environment Manual.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
- Plan and organize training for employees in the areas of food safety.
- You constantly monitor the legislation in the field and make sure that the organization complies with all the legal requirements in force.
- Analyze reports, check internal situations and track customer complaints.
- Coordinate investigations on nonconformities, establish corrective and preventive actions.
- You represent the company in relation to customers and authorities, on quality and food safety issues.
- Lead and motivate the quality team.
- Manage implementation and improvement of FSSC 22000 standard.
- Evaluate suppliers and participate in the development of product data sheets.
- Organize DDD actions and monitor cleanliness in the unit.
- Ensure control of processes and products throughout the entire operational flow.
Cerinţe:
- Master in agro-food quality
- professional experience in a similar position is preferable
- Fluent English
- Know how to be: rigor, good interpersonal skills, agility
