🛠️ About the role

As a Quality Process & Documentation Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting structured quality workstreams for a major German automotive OEM. Your tasks will focus on documentation control, process follow-up, support of quality assurance procedures, and coordination of technical data related to audits, KPIs, and supplier readiness. This role is ideal for candidates with a structured mindset, strong coordination skills, and a background in technical administration or engineering support.

• You coordinate and maintain structured quality documentation in customer portals
• You support requalification reporting and audit preparation
• You follow up on supplier actions and upload deliverables
• You manage and visualize KPI data in Excel and internal systems
• You assist with onboarding support for QMT processes and suppliers

🎯Position requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical degree or comparable training, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• You have some experience in technical documentation or quality administration
• You are structured, analytical, and motivated to work in a dynamic project environment
• You have an understanding of quality methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Control Plan) and are willing to deepen your knowledge
• You are comfortable using MS Excel; experience with SAP or OEM portals is a plus
• You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are an advantage
• You are open to occasional travel and value international collaboration
