1. Planned, carried out and updated failure prevention projects for various majors;

2. Planned, carried out and updated product confirmation activities;

3.Built APQP and update according to the project plan.

4.Set the quality target at the initial stage of new product launch, and customer quality requirement tracking and transfer;

5.Supervise and promote the project quality improvement plan;

6.Quality problem database management;

7.Parts and components submission guarantee (PSW);

8.Strictly abide by HSE management regulations, and carry out risk identification and improvement measures spontaneously.

Knowledge requirements

A、General knowledge：

1.Corporate culture test scores above 80 (inclusive);

2.Familiar with the production, processing and inspection process of lamps and lanterns, as well as the characteristics of raw materials;

3.Basic knowledge of automobile;

B、Professional knowledge：

1.Proficient in using QC tools and five quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA);

2.Familiar with the stage division of luminaire products and the realization of operation flow chart;

3.Familiar with relevant knowledge of statistical technology.

4.Familiar with the project development process.
