For the Cluj Metro Project, one of Romania’s largest infrastructure developments, we are looking for a Quantity Estimator to join our Technical Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure consistency with project design.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates and budget comparison.
• Monitor and report quantity variations during project execution.
• Track and control material quantities and cost deviations.
• Prepare quantity reports for project management and cost control purposes.
• Coordinate with the senior team members to ensure quantity accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of variation orders and claims.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineer
• Minimum 5 years experience in quantity surveying or cost control (construction projects).
• Strong ability to perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
• Ability to coordinate with multiple project teams.
• Good command of English
