We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management & Estimation

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze material, labor, and project costs.

Tendering & Procurement

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Contract Administration

• Manage contractual documentation and monitor compliance with contract terms.
• Review and assess change orders, variations, and claims.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Clients.
• Provide commercial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MRICS, CIOB) is an advantage.
