We are a leading company in large-scale infrastructure and civil construction, with a strong focus on urban development projects. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Timisoara and support the financial, technical, and operational management of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

Cost & Quantity Management

• Review project documentation and verify quantities, track budgets and update forecasts based on design or execution changes, prepare work progress statements for billing.

Project Monitoring

• Monitor on‑site execution for quantity, quality, and deadlines, verify material deliveries and quality documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and quantitative accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and analyze project data, produce clear written reports and use digital tools extensively (Excel, Office).

Collaboration & Client Relations

• Work closely with project managers, site managers, engineers, and suppliers.

Health & Safety

• Follow all safety, fire protection, and internal regulations.
• Collaborate with HSE personnel and report risks when necessary

What You Bring

• University degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role or similar position.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• English required; Italian is a plus.
