Requirements
•
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders (different stakeholders per country and stream – e.g., invoice processing, payments etc)
•
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization (business, SSC, BPO)
•
Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software applications.
•
Demonstrated effective organization skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
•
Ability to use ERP and CRM systems
Responsibilities
•
Directly supervises up to 18 employees in the Quotes&Orders Management Department. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
•
Closely working with the SME/BPA/BPO in ensuring the most efficient management of the daily operations.
Process and stakeholder management:
•
Initiating and sustaining a culture of Lean within the team and encouraging best practices
•
Supporting partner countries in accordance with what has been agreed.
•
Create and publish monthly dashboards (KPIs, GAD controls, complaints, internal quality checks, internal controls, productivity, FTE, other metrics) as per the figures calculated by the SME/BPA/BPO or by Team Leader directly, as agreed with the direct manager.
•
Ensure the calculation and the presentation of the KPIs accordingly to the MBO methodology.
Process development:
•
Ensure availability both at Team Leader and Individual Contributor or SME/BPA level for Lean projects.
•
Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional scope to be transferred in the Centre.
•
Running the transition of the new scope (as per the internal methodology) from the local entity to the Centre.
•
Learning and Development
•
Continuous development of knowledge and expertise in the AYSC QM department to ensure that the team achieves high quality results on all processes.
People management and coaching:
•
Providing feedback, development plans, coaching team members, developing talents, organizing meetings that address the topic of the career plan with team members.
•
Identifying training needs for the team and contacting the learning and development team to meet them.
•
Continuous attempt to create a culture that promotes a high level of performance, including recognition of achievements.
•
Conducting individual performance checks with team members to ensure that individual goals are achieved.
