Job Description

Main responsibilities include:

to have solid knowledge of railway-specific European standards, especially EN 13232 for switches and crossings

to execute design work for rail trackwork components according to EN 13232

to perform CAD design using Siemens NX (3D/2D)

to create layout, assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings

to prepare engineering BOMs

to calculate and validate design requirements

to technically clarify design topics and interfaces with the Project Lead

Qualifications

Technical background (Mechanical / Railway Engineering)

Experience with railway track components and EN 13232 standard

Strong CAD skills in Siemens NX
