What will you do at SuperPlay?:
This is a crucial, high-impact role on the R&D team for our hit game, Disney Solitaire. We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead complex projects from planning to delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with several R&D teams, including developers, QA and TA and be responsible for R&D releases, plans, timelines, scope, and KPIs.
Your mission will be to:

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full SDLC execution to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Agile Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and optimise workflows to maximise team velocity.
• Roadmap Execution: Translate product roadmaps and needs into actionable engineering plans, managing dependencies and capacity.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and resolve impediments to maintain development momentum.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge Engineering and Business stakeholders with transparent reporting on project health.
• Process Improvement: Analyse delivery metrics to drive data-led improvements in efficiency and predictability.
  

Who are you?:
Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Delivery/Program Management/ Project management or Release Management within a software R&D environment.
• Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and lifecycle management (CSM or PMP certification is a plus).
• Data-Driven: Proficient in defining and tracking delivery KPIs (e.g., Velocity, Cycle Time, DORA metrics) to optimize performance.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex architecture and engineering challenges.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
