We produce electronic components for a wide range of Miele appliances, such as washing machines, tumble dryers, vacuum cleaners, ovens and others. The products Miele offers to its customers set the standards for durability, performance, ease of use, energy efficiency, design and service.
Within Digital Product Management in Central Innovation and R&D, we manage the digital representation and continuous development of product-related data across the entire product lifecycle. We ensure a consistent and high-quality master data foundation within core SAP systems, with a strong focus on material and basic material data. Working in a highly interconnected environment, we align data structures, processes, and system interactions while continuously improving the system landscape in the context of the ongoing S/4HANA transformation.
Tasks:

• Maintain, manage, and ensure quality of material and engineering material master data within SAP systems, including engineering material.
• Ensure data consistency and alignment across interconnected systems, especially in the context of S/4HANA
• Support and further develop processes related to material creation, classification, and engineering material information
• Drive and support change management activities in the context of S/4HANA, including stakeholder alignment and process adoption
• Actively contribute to the S/4HANA transformation, including harmonization and standardization of master data and processes
  

Your profile:

• Degree in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong understanding of master data structures, particularly material and engineering material data
• Experience in change management and transformation environments, preferably within S/4HANA programs
• Analytical and structured way of working with a strong affinity for digital processes and data quality
• Experience in process analysis, harmonization, and optimization
• Ability to collaborate across interfaces in an international setup
• Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
