Role Description

Global Home Romania is seeking a highly motivated individual for the hybrid role of Global Home Romania | Invitație deschisă, based in Bucharest. This full-time role involves engaging with real estate clients, managing property portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to enhance client experiences. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating property transactions, executing marketing strategies, and supporting business development initiatives. The role offers the flexibility to work both on-site in Bucharest and remotely from home for part of the week.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
• Proficiency in digital tools, artificial intelligence technologies, and real estate platforms
• Experience in sales, marketing, and negotiation within the real estate industry
• Organizational and project management skills to effectively manage property portfolios and transactions
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support business growth
• Familiarity with the Romanian real estate market and local regulations is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Romanian for effective communication
• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
