Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker at Global Home Romania, based in Bucharest with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting real estate, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes tasks such as consulting with clients to assess their property needs, creating innovative marketing strategies, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships and contribute to the continued growth of Global Home Romania.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate processes, including handling property transactions and understanding market trends
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Experience in Sales and marketing strategies within the real estate industry
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the Romanian real estate market is a plus
