Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Cluj-Napoca. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property evaluations, guiding clients through the entire transaction process, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and market standards. The role also involves keeping up with market trends and providing strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate practices
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations, market trends, and transaction processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cluj-Napoca
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid real estate brokerage license is required
