What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a colleague to manage the team in charge of valorization of the properties own by Orange Romania, in particular:

• to handle the sales process (starting from the documentation preparation till the negotiation of contracts) and the rent process.
• to handle the tenants of our building (from negotiation to contract management, re invoicing, bad debts).

What you’ll be doing

• Find new locations for the different entities of Orange Romania (Sales, Properties management etc) and take part of the negotiation of contracts in liaison with PUR and other entities.
• Manage the process and the person in charge for transport and mission for Orange Romania
• Arbitrate with the head of property management the different contracts Sales and rent principles and clauses.
• Follow-up of the preparation of ownership documents, and all the documents necessary to make the sales
• Find new customers through agenciees and sales leads collected through the web/calls.
• Discuss with agencies to find new properties to be rented by Orange Romania for its own needs.
• Local visit in regions to visit buildings to be sold or to find new locations
• Team Coordination - Insure KPI definition and follow-up for each team member; Insure a good level of skills in the team by recruiting and traning the team members
• Propose objectives for the strategy plan in term of sales, and rent to insure the P&L of the properpy manageent sub departement.
• Propose solutions to improve and simplify the activities of the department.

What you need to know/have

• Real estate markets know how
• Sales managerial competencies
• Proven negotiation skills within the banking or RE areas
• Contract negotiations with legal constraints
• People management experience is a plus
