Role Description The Reception Manager will oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests at Mandachi Hotel&Spa in Suceava. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising reception staff, coordinating work schedules, and monitoring service quality and guest feedback. The Reception Manager will handle check-in and check-out procedures, manage reservations, resolve guest inquiries and concerns, and ensure accurate handling of payments and documentation. The role also includes maintaining reception area standards, implementing operating procedures, collaborating with other departments, and preparing basic reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and reception performance.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest expectations and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests, team members, and other hotel departments.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and handling guest requests at a front desk.
• Solid Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, coordinate staff schedules, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Previous experience in hotel reception, front office management, or a similar hospitality role.
• Proficiency with hotel management or reservation systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing guest needs.
• Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or business administration is an advantage.
