Job Responsabilities

• Responsible for making the spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests in a professional manner;
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction;
• Recommends and upsells services that fit the guests' needs;
• Other responsibilities include billing, monitor treatment availability and make reservations.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to explain and skillfully conduct various treatments/services to guests;
• Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player passionate about spa industry;
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously;
• Excellent command of English language.
