Als Recruiter für Campus & Early Talent übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für die Schweiz und Österreich – mit Fokus auf unsere SAP Academy for Customer Success, aber auch auf Studierenden- und Einstiegspositionen.
Du bist nicht nur Recruiter, sondern auch Netzwerker:in, Markenbotschafter:in und Talent-Spotter:in auf dem Campus.
Deine Mission
- End-to-End Recruiting für Campus & Early Talent in der Schweiz und Österreich
- Lead für die SAP Academy for Customer Success sowie weitere Graduate- und Studentenrollen
- Aufbau starker Talentpipelines (ja, du wirst viel sourcen und netzwerken )
- Planung und Durchführung von Campus Events, Karrieremessen & Hochschulkooperationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und internationalen Teams
- Sicherstellen einer top Candidate Experience (von erster Ansprache bis Offer)
- Mitgestaltung von Employer Branding Aktivitäten für Early Talent

- Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills und ein Gespür für Menschen
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zu managen (Recruiting + Events + Stakeholder)
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch – du bewegst dich sicher in beiden Sprachen
- Energie, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dinge voranzutreiben
Gut Zu Wissen
Du hast die Möglichkeit, regelmäßig vor Ort zu sein – z. B. bei Campus Events oder im Austausch mit dem Business in der Schweiz und Österreich (ca. 2 Wochen pro Jahr).
