About The Role
Our Engineering Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our global group. We’re seeking someone who enjoys hiring for specialized engineering roles, excels at finding exceptional talent, and is committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience as we grow Bolt’s workforce.
In our fast-paced, multi-vertical environment, adaptability and innovation are essential. We work as strategic partners to hiring managers and directors across all business areas, ensuring a creative and flexible approach to talent acquisition.
You’ll be part of our Tech Talent Acquisition team, supporting the growth of our tech hubs in Tallinn, Bucharest, Warsaw, and Berlin. Working closely with stakeholders in the Engineering Department, you will help hire top talent across Software Engineering, Mobile Development, Site Reliability, Cybersecurity, and more. This role requires proactive pipeline building, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across multiple hubs.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role specifics, team dynamics, and culture fit.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Use Boolean search, social platforms, and modern sourcing channels to build proactive pipelines.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize funnel performance and support decision-making.
  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout every stage.
  • Represent Bolt as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm and professional introduction.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve processes, strengthen employer branding, and increase hiring effectiveness.

About you:

  • You have 1–2 years of technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • You have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • You are familiar with modern recruiting channels and platforms.
  • You are comfortable supporting senior-level candidates and coordinating offer processes.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring a proactive mindset.
  • You’re collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic team.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
