pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development comapny and AdTech startup. We build web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe. Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.
We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering roles. You are expected to build strong pipelines, submit qualified candidates quickly, and keep hiring processes structured through the ATS.
This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities

• Source candidates for both technical and non-technical roles across the company
• Screen candidates and assess technical fit, communication skills, and culture alignment
• Own the ATS end-to-end, keep all candidate data accurate and up to date
• Coordinate every hiring stage: interviews, feedback collection, and offer delivery
• Maintain healthy pipeline coverage for each open role at all times
• Track key hiring metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill
• Identify and suggest improvements to sourcing strategies and hiring workflows
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
• Proven track record hiring software engineers to understand how they think
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative channels
• Hands-on, daily experience with an ATS as the central system of record
• Able to source independently and deliver qualified candidates quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2-C1 minimum)
• High ownership mentality you follow through without being chased
• Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment

• Experience in startup or agency environments
• Familiarity with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS
