Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Onboarding linguists, which includes obtaining relevant documentation, setting up profiles in the system and ensuring they complete all steps following the onboarding checklist
• Contacting and maintaining a strong communication with new and existing linguists to keep them engaged
• Ensuring linguists feel valued, respected, and informed and providing clear communication at each stage of the process
• Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and administering skills tests
• Contacting linguists via both phone and email
• Inputting information into a database
