We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated, energetic professional who thrives in a role that blends business development with end-to-end recruitment. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and matching top talent with great companies, this position gives you the perfect balance between sales, consulting, and hands-on recruitment delivery.


🔹 Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and proactively approach potential clients through prospecting, networking, and client visits.
  • Promote and sell recruitment and HR consultancy services across various industries.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and contract expansion.
  • Stay informed about market trends and propose innovative, tailored solutions to client needs.


Recruitment & Consulting

  • Analyze client requirements and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Source and select candidates via databases, professional networks, and recruitment tools.
  • Conduct phone screenings and manage interviews (online and in person).
  • Evaluate candidate skills and administer assessments where necessary.
  • Provide consultancy and recommendations to clients regarding the best-fit candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, feedback, and follow-up after placement.
  • Offer post-placement support during the guarantee period to ensure smooth integration.


🔹 About You

  • Previous experience in B2B sales and/or recruitment (ideally both).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong results orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term business relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and professional networking tools (especially LinkedIn).
  • Good command of English (from conversational to fluent).
