We are looking for highly talented professionals to join our Recruitment Marketing Team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, have a creative mind & know how to reach & engage an audience on a human level, we’d love to talk to you.

You will be responsible for creating recruitment marketing campaigns for our customers. So, you’ll need some good copywriting/design skills, be friends with Social Media, Google Ads, Photoshop, and so on.

What you’ll do

• Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns for our customers
• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand hiring goals and turn them into effective recruitment marketing strategies
• Monitor advertiser platform updates, launches, and new features to continuously improve campaign performance

Profile & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing-related roles
• Hands-on experience with PPC advertising in at least one of the Meta, Google, or LinkedIn advertising environments
• Proven budget management experience for digital campaigns
• Data analytics expertise for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in digital tools
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience managing Social Media platforms
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator
