How you’ll make an impact:

  Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities;
  
• 
  Assist in drafting and posting job openings across different channels;
  
• 
  Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications;
  
• 
  Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers;
  
• 
  Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience;
  
• 
  Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation;
  
• 
  Collaborate with team members on hiring priorities and open roles;
  
• 
  Contribute to recruitment reports and general administrative tasks.
  

Skills that make your work successful:

  Bachelors Degree;
  
• 
  Good level of English & French (B2-C1);
  
• 
  Good client handling skills;
  
• 
  Good communication skills, both written and oral;
  
• 
  Some roles may require previous experience in the recruitment field;
