How We Will Measure Your Success?
We expect you to:
- Actively develop Aquatec’s presence in the Romanian market by building a strong project pipeline with hotels, municipalities, investors, and private clients.
- Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and successfully close contracts.
- Take full responsibility for the Romanian operation’s P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of ongoing and future projects.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships, retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
- Increase sales and profitability of the Romanian business.
- Lead and grow the local team (3–5 people), including recruitment, organization, and performance management.
- Coordinate closely with headquarters in Bulgaria regarding design, procurement, finance, and project execution, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including office and showroom management, supplier coordination, contracts, compliance, and project deadlines.
We Believe You Can Establish Aquatec as the Preferred Partner for Pools, Spa Facilities and Water Attractions in Romania If You Have:
- Experience in swimming pools, spa facilities, water parks, fountains, or related industries.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures and the SEAP platform.
- An established network within the hospitality and construction sectors.
- Experience managing a business unit budget and P&L.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian and/or English.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to take responsibility for developing Aquatec’s business in Romania and transforming the existing foundation into a successful and profitable operation.
You will have access to a fully operational office and showroom in Bucharest, an existing team, company vehicles, an established supplier network, and the support of a company backed by extensive technical expertise and thousands of completed projects.
