We are looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Regional Operational Director!

It might be the right role for you if you have:

- bachelor’s degree in business or related field,

- willingness to travel daily within the dedicated area,

- proven minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior in food retail field management position,

- ability to make critical decisions under pressure,

- excellent organizational skills,

- efficient communication proficiency,

- time and people management skills.

How will you make a difference with us?

- You will create the regional sales plan and set quotas in accordance with the company's objectives;

- You will monitor the achievement of performance indicators;

- You will evaluate store performance and report sales data;

- You will support the Regional Operational Directors in daily activities;

- You will coordinate the team and be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and training processes of the Sales Directors in the assigned area;

- You will prepare and review the annual budget for the responsible region;

- You will analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities;

- You will manage potential issues and propose prompt solutions.
