YOUR IMPACT

• Coordinate and develop the performance of store managers and their teams (approx. 12 locations)
• Implement the company’s operational strategy and ensure compliance with operational standards across all assigned stores
• Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of sales targets by tracking key performance indicators (KPI: conversion rate, UPT, ATV, productivity)
• Analyze commercial results and identify opportunities to increase turnover and profitability at both store and regional level
• Manage and monitor store operational budgets and optimize costs
• Coordinate the implementation of operational projects, commercial and promotional campaigns, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Visual Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure effective implementation of company strategies
• Contribute to the development of the store network by participating in new store openings and store remodeling projects
