Location: Bucharest & Ilfov (Field-based role)

Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a well-established company operating in the FMCG – Food & Beverage industry, for a Regional Sales Manager covering the Bucharest & Ilfov area.

If you have a strong background in B2B sales within the food or beverage industry and are looking to manage an established portfolio of key clients while leading a regional sales team, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and develop the regional sales team.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with an existing portfolio of key customers.
• Participate in field visits together with the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and team KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' commercial strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose sales development initiatives.
• Ensure the implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
• Expand the customer network and drive sustainable sales growth within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in the Food, FMCG or Beverage industry is mandatory.
• Previous team management experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Availability for regular field activity.
