We are currently seeking candidates for the role of:

Regional Sales Manager Sinsay

*The role is open for candidates based in Oradea, Baia Mare or Satu Mare

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We believe setting clear expectations is key to success. Here’s what we expect from you:

• Managing the stores from the designated area by building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;

• Management and control of the budget and operate within budget constraints;

• Monitoring key aspects in the region like image of the brand, customer service and VM standards;

• Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for Store Managers and Store Staff;

• Operational supervision for the achievement of sales targets on all managed stores;

• Monitoring market changes, initiating improvements and optimizing business processes;

REQUIRED PROFILE:

We are seeking a new team member to take on the role of Regional Sales Manager. Beyond adaptability and a positive mindset, we expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a Store Manger position or in a regional structure in the fashion industry;

• Has well developed managerial skills and is systematic and consistent in his/her actions;

• Has the ability to prioritize, especially to handle multiple tasks in short periods of time;

• Has great analytical skills, decision-making competence and excellent own work organizational skills;

• Is available and ready for frequent business trips and has a valid driving license - B category;

• Knows English at a level which enables easy and efficient communication;
